Tip 2: Fermented Rice Water

Fermented rice water is good for hairs due to the PH change in it during the process. During this process, it releases a chemical compound known as ‘Pitera’ which stimulates regeneration of cells.

a) Once you have stored your rice water, keep it undisturbed at a room temperature for one day or till it turns slightly sour.

c) It is essential that you dilute the fermented rice water before using on hairs as it is compelling. Use more for dry hairs and minimal for the oily hairs.

a) Boil the rice using more water as you usually do.
b) One it gets boiled, just extract out the extra water and collect it in a container.

a) Pour down the rice water on the hairs after shampooing off.
b) Now gently massage over your scalp and leave it for 4 to 5 minutes. (You can keep up to 20 minutes).
c) Finally, rinse it off using plain water.
d) Use this rice water mask once or twice a week as a hair rinse.
